Here at Darn Good Yarn, we want to make your online shopping experience awesome; as perfect and painless as possible. Please click the button below to manage all returns or exchanges.

If we made a mistake, we will always make it right at no expense to you. Please click on the button below and start a return request.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You may obtain an RMA number by clicking on the button below. Returns without an RMA number are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 60 days unless the product was a closeout or final sale item. To qualify for a refund, the items must be returned in original condition unworn. It is your responsibility to pay for the order to be returned. If you are exchanging 2 or more items, there will be a $5 fee to cover shipping new product to you.

Please note final sale items are non-returnable & non-refundable. All subscriptions, clearance & closeout items are final sale.
